OLIVIA JOINS THE PHYSIO TEAM

ESPH is delighted to welcome Olivia Partington to the physio team! Olivia is passionate about sport and using exercise to prevent many of today’s common injuries and ailments.

Olivia has worked in a variety of roles within the sports and fitness industry, including PE teaching. After organising a Sierra Leone Marathon, Olivia decided to retrain as a Physiotherapist and studied at Brunel University.

To hone her manual therapy techniques, Olivia also previously worked as a sports massage therapist for Barnes Rugby Club, Sedgeley Park Rugby club, 1Rebel boutique fitness club and a variety of endurance triathlons. She is particularly interested in injury prevention through exercise, whether that be cardiovascular, yoga or pilates.

In addition to the above, Olivia is also a qualified children’s yoga and mindfulness teacher and is currently undergoing her personal training qualifications.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys competing in team and individual sports, and she now plays hockey for Battersea 1st X1. She is a skilled runner, representing the British Army Athletics team in both marathon and half-marathon distances. Wherever possible she plays golf, tennis and dabbles in the odd triathlon.
