Equipment

Our classes are always full of challenges and diversity. We use a broad array of euipment in our Circuits classes including; TRX, BOSU, Dumbbells, Slam-balls, Tuffnut, Benches and Matwork.

Strength

Strength is so important and our 30 minute Circuit classes will effectively develop functional strength in a short time. HIIT style and great for weight management and fitness alike. Toning and sculpting also a bonus..

Fun

If you’re going to work hard, why not do it with a team. A problem shared = halved, teamwork makes the dream work etc, it’s simply easier and more fun when you have a class full of like minded folks working to the same goals alongside.
