Our Bikes

At FitFor we use the Keiser M3i spin bike, which was the first indoor cycle to use a magnetic resistance mechanism and flywheel which cancels friction and allows for a very smooth motion and an LCD screen which shows Ride time, RPM, cadence, Speed, Gear, Power and Distance travelled. The M3i has 24 gears and two-sided pedals for cleats or regular trainers. The cleat side requires Shimano SPD cleats.
