SARAH AT MID WAY POINT IN YEAR OF CHARITY CHALLENGES

Harley Street physio Sarah Crisp is half way through a year of endurance events to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and Prostate Cancer UK.

This weekend she competed in the Tour De Hawkshead, a very hilly 50 mile cycle. To see just how difficult it was check out the link below:

Next up she’s planning to take on the following:

  • 16th July – Race to the Stones, 50km Ultramarathon

  • 20th Aug- Race the Train Rotary Challenge, 14 mile fell race

  • 17th Sept- Sandman Triathlon, 1km sea swim/60km bike/10km run

  • 24/25th Sept- Tough Mudder, 13 mile obstacle course

  • 9th Oct- Yorkshire Marathon, 26.2 mile run

  • 2nd Nov- Fireworks 500, 500m open water night swim

  • Dec- Cycling home for Christmas, London to Nottingham, 135 miles
