At FitFor we are proud to have partnered with EGYM for over 10 years now.

For those of you who have been lucky enough to have used the unique resistance machines, EGYM really is a game-changer for any fitness journey. Super intelligent machines which make strength training a pleasure, not a chore, saving you time and and avoiding spontaneous attacks of anxiety whenever you come for a workout!

The beauty of the EGYM system is it’s user-friendliness, efficiency and effectiveness, because it remembers all your settings for machine positions, resistance levels and repetitions, so you don’t have to. You have a busy life thinking about all kinds of other things: work; kids; pets; what to cook for dinner etc and the last thing you need is having to remember which exercises to do, with what weights and how many reps and sets.

And now, we have an additional bit of EGYM kit we’ve been waiting to get our hands on for while. It’s called the Hub and it will make your fitness experience (and ours with you) even better.

The Hub

Packed with cutting-edge cameras and technology, and with intuitive AI, the Hub is able to take accurate body measurements including height, limb lengths, and perform 6 different movement and flexibility tests, which adds a new FLEXIBILITY segment to the Analysis section of your profile and a new bio-age for that section, taking the number of bio-age scores to 4. Body composition measurements will connect directly with the hub and all data captured instantly and shared to your profile in the cloud. For new clients the Hub will make on-boarding quicker and more efficient, saving you precious time in the induction process.
